History: Gruk was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gruk grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gruk. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Mindartis is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Slave Trader. He has worked as a Slave Trader like his father before him.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Markosian will drive conversation. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Ploughman they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Body Guard, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.

History: Reirak hails from a village terrorized by drow. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Born in the north to a Masseuse, Frug learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sickle.
