Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Hecat was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Unemployed. She struck the Unemployed job and began her own company from there.

She has taken up work as a Baker and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.
