History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Laborer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Laborer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She's also a talented Apothecary, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Personality: She is mildly Tiefling supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tabaxi activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tabaxi doctor. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Darrak embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Bookbinder but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. History: Born to a Glassblower, her mother struggled to pay the bills. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her mother's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered illithids who tried to eat her hand. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Stylist and was forced into it by her family; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it
