She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dwarven companion (her 'brother'). When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

In her 18th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Alex took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up bow and armor he uses now. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
