History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Detective. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. In her 13th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

History: Everard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Everard abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Roofer for hire.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Warryn was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He struck the Dyer job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Dyer and was forced into it by his family; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: Caeldrim was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Performer and was forced into it by his family; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Fabien embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Fabien hails from a village terrorized by drow. Through the years after Fabien was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Fabien's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud
