Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Cumpen embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: The child of a Painter, who enjoyed hunting, Aasathra was taken on many hunting expeditions. After coming to the age of reason, Aasathra took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She tends to her Stylist job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Avelina and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Personality: Jak is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: Jak lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right.
