History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bookbinder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sickle.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: Gardain was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tabaxi companion (his 'brother'). He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
