Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Virra hails from a village terrorized by orcs. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

History: She got into the Spice Merchant business at a young age. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
