Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting goblins, the young Theriatis began to lead the lost caravan.
