Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Windy hails from a village terrorized by giants. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
