Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Skûn embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: The child of a Body Guard, who enjoyed hunting, Pearl was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She became a Ploughman soon after.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to prove her worth to the world
