Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Gifted from a young age, River studied abroad. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own.
