History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Naal grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a black vest and prefers tan and grey shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He has done his best to style his chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady black eyes.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. Fenriz was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Fenriz decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Detective profession.

History: Born in the south to a Mortician, Kabbarg learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. In her 17th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it
