History: He was born in the east. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
