Description: He is a pot bellied southern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a brown suit, black shirt, and green tie. His chestnut hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Nordak was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Nordak was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Nordak decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Banker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. She is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around her ears. Her green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Spy. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Her parents were killed by brigands in a raid when she was still a young child. The brigands captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a red shirt, with a green mid length shorts with green tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. He has wavy chestnut hair. His amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Layabout business.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Revenge; and he wants revenge against drow

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears just a pastel suit. Her beige fur is smooth and relatively long. Her eyes are blue and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Leaf is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Leaf was orphaned to a temple shortly after her birth. She was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above herself and to hold her god always in her heart. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Silvo will drive conversation. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Marshal work with an outfit from a few towns over. Marshal work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Sindri was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Map Maker for hire.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
