Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Thoradin took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up glaive and armor he uses now. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has achieved small success as a Miner.

Motivation: To be a Carter again; and balancing his hectic life and new miner responsibilities is difficult

Ildrex was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Gifted from a young age, Jade studied abroad. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Ella was born on a far eastern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Dyer. She has worked as a Dyer like her father before her.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Dyer and was forced into it by her family.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

His red hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gimgen is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Gimgen was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
