Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His first spouse was a Scribe, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His brass crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His gold eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was born at the edge of vast island. His first spouse was a Slave Trader, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears a red armored body suit, with a simple brown line shooting up and back down. She has a long white ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: Carrie was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Carrie was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Carrie's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has achieved small success as a Stableman.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a green collared shirt and brown skirt. She accessorizes with a black scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across her shirt, and is pretty ugly. Her gold crest is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dragonborns.
History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. While she appears to be a normal Dragonborn, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: Gnomish compassion; and a strong sense of loyalty to gnomish people

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carpenter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carpenter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Laborer arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She's also a talented Cartwright, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs
