Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He is typically in his Ruler uniform, marred by beers. He wears a small hat to cover his moderate length auburn hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Henk was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ruler. He's also a talented Actor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.
History: She got into the Beggar business at a young age. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Beggar. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Beggar for hire.
Motivation: To be a Stylist again; and balancing her hectic life and new beggar responsibilities is difficult

Description: He is a husky man, who is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His fur, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Lone was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Being a Bounty Hunter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He's also a talented Bowyer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: He was born in a small desert village. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Zedaar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: She is a physically imposing light-skinned woman. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her hair is blonde and curly. Her brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: She was born in a small forest village. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Ida took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up club and armor she uses now. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is her passion.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears suspenders and black workpants. His shirt is tan, and he wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time. His blue hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His red unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Merihim grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Merihim. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty white coat over it. His hair is short and blonde. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Rûg embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Rûg was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Rûg's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Rûg and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He is content; and to get a good night's sleep
