Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears red robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a falchion, but if one is not available he will default to his shield. His chestnut hair is singed and shortened. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He is mildly Halfling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fisher for hire.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: She is an average looking western female in her early mid-life. She wears a fancy brown dress. She keeps her chestnut hair in a pixie cut. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: She is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. She also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Herleva was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Herleva fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Vaina is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bellfounder and was forced into it by her family; and to pay off her debts

History: She was born in a small mountains village. A gifted student she started as a Servant, but she got bored and became a Marshal. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Marshal for the past few years.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.
History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Seamstress hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Tagga liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Ploughman arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. In her journeys she found a malevolent artifact. She wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

History: Ahinar hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her father's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered dire rats who tried to eat her hand. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
