Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Decarabia was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
