Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants revenge against drow

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is renowned for his bright black suits and hats. He has styled his black hair well, parting it to the left. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines black.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Balam is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Balam was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Balam abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Fletcher for the past few years.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Interpreter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. A true patriot, Curran would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Curran was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hunter grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Junk Dealer but believes her peers are too gung-ho.
History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes
