History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Ildrex was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Ildrex was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Ildrex and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Portia was born on a far eastern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Bowyer. She tends to her Bowyer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. A gifted student she started as a Sellsword, but she got bored and became a Baker. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: To be a Sellsword again; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

History: Donella lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She found a children's book about a Gnome Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.
