Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a black cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: She usually wears her white robe and has her monstrous two handed axe always slung over her shoulder. She carries with her a set of monstrous two handed axes on her belt, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. She has shaved her head bald. She is baby faced.
Personality: This woman loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: She is dressed in an above average manner. She carries a battered shortspear and tarnished warhammer as well. Her golden hair is heavily combed to the left. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.
Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Ranala was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and seeks redemption

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her singing with anyone who is interested.
History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has never given up on her singing dream.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and doesn't want to be a baker and was forced into it by her family

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Gifted from a young age, Torinn studied abroad. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He bought a scimitar and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and to end his boredom

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. A true patriot, Morgran would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. One day when Morgran was young, his father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his father dropped to the ground dead. His father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Morgran was heart-stricken from the event, and his mother started working long hours to provde for them. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Description: He wears baggy grey pantaloons and a green scarf, and carries longbows. He has done his best to style his black hair to look like a famous performer. His ears are large.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He enjoys reading and quiet.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Rolf was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rolf fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Farmer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: Harvest lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her childhood dream was to be a Unemployed, but she was a colossal failure. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Unemployed they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Scribe, and she later adopted a second daughter.
