History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Shax has worked very hard to control her curse. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. A gifted student she started as a Masseuse, but she got bored and became a Slave Trader. She struck the Slave Trader job and began her own company from there.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Dilettante arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. After a long history of fighting, Ootah and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Vepar was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. In her 18th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Through the years after Ûshgol was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Ûshgol's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
