Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His red hair has been sun bleached extensively. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Bucklal was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Bucklal's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bucklal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing writing.
History: She comes from a rich northern family. A freak accident while working with her Sailor father left her crippled. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and money/treasure

Description: An older man who wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat, he is not a threatening figure. His gray fur is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. A friendly and beautiful Tabaxi, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.
History: Kite was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fisher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Being a Cook kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: He was raised in a forest tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Paggen took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up glaive and armor he uses now. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Revenge; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.
History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Valanthe grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Valanthe. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
