History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Description: She is dressed in earthy colors with a grey and white handkerchief worn on her left side. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. Her black hair is braided into rings. Her gray eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: Helja was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Helja took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up shield and armor she uses now. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Helja fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

History: She was born in a small island village. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young.
