History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Skirt was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Skirt decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. After a long history of fighting, Skirt and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
