History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. She wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a yellow coat, marred by teas. Her auburn hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 21. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a Guard, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He hates Tieflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tieflings.

History: Cimer was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Her childhood dream was to be a Priest, but she was a colossal failure. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Expand her business; and wants to open a new tavern
