Description: An older woman who is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured, she is not a threatening figure. She keeps her long gray fur kept up in a rat tail. She has green eyes.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Brewer mother left her crippled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he seems to be bored by most things

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. Nalaed enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Gardener.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Gardener responsibilities is difficult.

History: He was born in the south. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her first spouse was a Ruler, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She bought a hand crossbow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: Born to a Carpenter, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
