Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His white hair and beard is wavy and long. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He bought a greatsword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. Sporting a golden mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Nim is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Nim was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: River was born the youngest of three triplets. She found a children's book about a Tabaxi Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and she's repulsed by the pc

Description: She is a husky woman, who is renowned for her bright black dresses and hats. Her red crest, when down, is lengthy. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gold.
Personality: Arava wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Barbarian, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Marshal. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He dresses well, wearing green shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His dark red hair, when down, is lengthy. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was born in the north. Through the years after Xappan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Xappan's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to share knowledge with the world

He is well dressed, constantly wearing a black suit, violet shirt, and yellow tie, and his gloved hand is found clutching a sai. His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines red.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 52. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Miner but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Cairn alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he wants revenge against brigands

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She disdains her fellow southerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lorilla grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: She is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. She has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. She keeps her auburn hair in a flapper bob. Her skin is flawless and her gray eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Emmeline lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Emmeline took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up dagger and armor she uses now. She bought a dagger and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter.
