History: Jade was born the youngest of three triplets. Jade liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He bought a sickle and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and to prove her worth to the world

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. Her parents were killed by orcs in a raid when she was still a young child. The orcs captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants revenge against orcs; and revenge

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Myria embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She now mingles about in high society.

History: Trym lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
