History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. Her parents enrolled her in a Ranger school at a young age so that she could practice her arcane talents. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears a black armored body suit, with a simple blue line shooting up and back down. His long silver crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Quarethon was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Quarethon grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Quarethon. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shoemaker responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He found a children's book about a Gnome Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: Gifted from a young age, Ortegar studied abroad. He worked as a nervous Shipwright and found it very stressful. He tends to his Shipwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.
