She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. The war was a terrible time for her, and Kadana does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Kadana was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Blacksmith work with an outfit from a few towns over. Blacksmith work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Purban was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
