History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. In her youth she was a Fortune-teller, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger sister on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. She's also a talented Interpreter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: Barendd hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: The child of a Mayor, who enjoyed hunting, Barendd was taken on many hunting expeditions. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.
