She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: She got into the Fletcher business at a young age. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Fletcher. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and balancing her hectic life and new fletcher responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Dilettante work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dilettante work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She struck the Dilettante job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. While he appears to be a normal Half-Orc, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants to work out more often

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Wella isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Ombul abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Zedaar embodies much of what other species detest in the Dragonborns. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Zedaar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Barber for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Barber responsibilities is difficult.
