Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of the sun god around his neck, and a morningstar on his belt, and he perpetually has his morningstar ready. With a patchy red beard and wild red hair. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Orcs.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ratanák fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Rosalind was born on a far northern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Guard. She has worked as a Guard like her father before her.

She has done her best to style her brown hair to look like a famous performer. Her violet eyes peer out from beneath her wide-brimmed blue hat.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: Maiathah was born with her mother's beautiful face. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Maiathah alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.
History: Meriele was born the youngest of three triplets. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He was born in the north. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Beggar. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Beggar for the past few years.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Beggar responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This late middle aged man has a large tan mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his brown robe and is in decent physical shape. Sporting a golden mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Born in the north to a Map Maker, Heian learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Heian abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Barrister arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He keeps his long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. His violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Gifted from a young age, Quarion studied abroad. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Quarion took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up trident and armor he uses now. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he desires power and/or immortality
