Description: This late middle aged woman dresses well, wearing blue shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time and is in decent physical shape. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Tailor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Tailor work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: To be a Sellsword again; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. After a long history of fighting, Shivering and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and wants to work out more often

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes goblins are coming to abduct people. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: Born in the east to a Healer, Bagabug learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When Bagabug reached his early adolescence his Half-Orc father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: This fat southern woman has a bulbous nose and wears a blue shirt, with a red mid length skirt with red tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her auburn hair is thinning but still full. Her face is scarred and worn.
Personality: Meena is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Meena was born the youngest of three triplets. Meena abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well.

Personality: Nalral is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. A friendly and beautiful Dwarf, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.
History: The child of a Gardener, who enjoyed hunting, Nalral was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Body Guard and was forced into it by his family; and he is greedy

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: She was born in the west. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is her passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: She is fixated on the number 55. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Gifted from a young age, Jelenneth studied abroad. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 6'0" and wears a black coat over a white low-cut shirt, and a top hat upon his head. His chestnut hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His gray eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Ûgakûga was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ûgakûga decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new shepherd responsibilities is difficult

She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. A freak accident while working with her Herbalist mother left her crippled. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
