History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Thervan was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Thervan's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Thervan and his spouse have recently divorced.

Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Gifted from a young age, Ootah studied abroad. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world.

History: Her druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. A gifted student she started as a Fortune-teller, but she got bored and became a Servant. She's also a talented Fortune-teller, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk.

History: He was born into a rich family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Stylist arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
