She wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. Her blonde hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Harriet grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Harriet. After months of barely getting by, Harriet managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.
