History: Nella lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Butcher. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He worked as a nervous Butcher and found it very stressful. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
