History: He was raised by priests from a young age. A gifted student he started as a Fortune-teller, but he got bored and became a Shipwright. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shipwright responsibilities is difficult; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Trail was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Trail decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Thokk was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Mialee lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mialee fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair is black and curly. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his white eyes.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. Through the years after Xappan was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Xappan's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Xappan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a tan coat. She wears a colorful flower in her chestnut hair. She is baby faced.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Description: She is a physically imposing light-skinned woman. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. She has done her best to style her chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. Her amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Althaea hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her writing career. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Althaea has worked very hard to control her curse. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and to get a good night's sleep

History: Melissa was born with her mother's beautiful face. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.

History: Gifted from a young age, Cory studied abroad. His parents enrolled him in a Cleric school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He tends to his Scribe job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Cook; and wants his loneliness to end
