Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: He was born in the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the south were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This tall, slender man wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His brown hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His eyes are likewise blue.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting orcs, the young Jebeddo began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and retire the richest man in the south

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: She is a small woman, but exceptionally fit. She dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. Her dark red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. Her eyes are likewise gold.
Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tieflings in Ronwe's homeland. Ronwe decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she is content

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.
History: He comes from a rich southern family. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.
Motivation: He has a crush on the local Tanner.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Damakos and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants his loneliness to end

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Gardener. He keeps his chestnut hair in a flapper bob. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He plays an instrument quite well.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Immeral abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dragonborn artifacts is his passion; and to clean up the streets

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Tordek isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dwarven unity. He works hard and plays hard.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has decided he is irredeemable
