History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Beggar father left her crippled. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dragonborn in existence. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance.
