History: She was born in the north. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
