History: Vlorn was born with his mother's beautiful face. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Elizabeth's homeland. Elizabeth decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: Shivering speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Shivering was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Shivering's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Her eyes are a pleasant hazel.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Naivara was born the youngest of three triplets. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has worked as a Unemployed like his father before him.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born in the south. Kallista was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Kallista decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with her Stableman father left her crippled. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and she's looking for her big break

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Hupe hails from a village terrorized by orcs. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Hupe alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
