History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her.

History: The child of a Bather, who enjoyed hunting, Jelenneth was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her parents enrolled her in a Commoner school at a young age so that she could practice her divine talents. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. The war was a terrible time for him, and Nadarr does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. After a long history of fighting, Nadarr and his spouse have recently divorced.
