History: Wobbles lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. History: He was raised in a plains tribe. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Immeral grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food.
