History: Born to a Shepherd, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's also a talented Shepherd, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Bree hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
