History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mortician hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. History: Born in the south to a Banker, Phelaia learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise.
