History: Art lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: Seere was born the youngest of three triplets. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
